Backpack additional inserts

The additional inserts compatible with the Carrying Backpacks are perfect for keeping your collection organised and on display at home, while also making it easy to transport to your games. Simply swap the shelves from one product to another and you're ready to go!

As for the dimensions of the insert for the M-size backpack, with a useful height of 34cm and a depth of 14cm, it is perfect for armies up to 2,000 points for Warhammer: 40,000, Age of Sigmar and The Old World, for other games like Bolt Action, Warcrow, Star Wars: Legion, Clash of Spears etc., and for all kinds of wargames on smaller scales, such as Flames of War, Warmaster, Epic Armageddon or Art de la Guerre. On the other hand, the insert for the XL backpack, with a usable height of 43cm and a depth of 20cm, is ideal for armies of more than 2,000 points with large miniatures.

The inserts for the M and XL backpacks include, respectively, 2/3 removable shelves and 3/4 magnetic or metallic adhesive sheets with a usable width of 24cm. Thanks to its holding strength and easy application, this is the perfect material to fix your miniatures or even directly the Movement Trays to the shelves of the case. If required, and if the scale of the miniatures allows it, up to 10/13 Additional Shelves can be added for a total of 12/16.

Finally, it should be noted that the width of the Backpack Additional Insert is exactly the same as that of the Carrying and Display Cases with a depth of 14 and 20cm, making both transport and storage solutions fully compatible with each other. In the same way, the inserts are also compatible with our Organiser Trays.

If your miniatures have neodymium magnets, choose metallic sheets. If, on the other hand, they have some kind of metal plate or washers, choose magnetic sheets.

The insert is supplied unassembled (assembly instructions are included) and with the magnetic or metallic sheets not glued to the wooden shelves. From MKZ Games we recommend using white glue or carpenter's glue for assembly. The acrylic door is sent with a protective film on each side that would need to be removed.
