Purchasing process
The purchase process applicable to any product available on the Website is detailed below. Only after confirmation and payment of the order will a contractual relationship be formed between the User and the Website. No order will be shipped until the purchase process indicated herein has been successfully completed:
1. All Users will have to register on the Website in order to make a purchase.
2. Once the products have been selected and for each purchase, the User must choose a shipping method from those available. See the Shipping and Returns page for more information.
3. The User must then accept the Conditions and choose a method of payment:
a) Bank transfer: the process on the Website will have been completed, but not the purchase process. In order for this to be the case and for the order to be shipped, the User must transfer the corresponding amount to the bank account included in the confirmation email that he/she will receive. The order number provided in said email must be included in the concept of the bank transfer.
b) Credit or debit card: the User will be redirected to the Redsys payment system to complete the purchase.
c) PayPal: the User will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the purchase.
4. The User will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order.
Once the process has been completed, the User will be able to follow the status of his/her order through the Website.
Product availability
The User may purchase any of the products offered for sale on the Website in any quantity he/she wishes, except in the case of offers or promotions, which will be limited to the stock or to a maximum units per User. In the event that these offers are sold out, the User will be notified and will be able to modify or cancel his order free of charge.
The Website will make every effort to keep the products offered for sale constantly available. However, due to the usual fluctuations in its own stock, the quantities ordered or the possible lack of raw materials, it is impossible to guarantee the availability of all products at all times. Shipping and returns
