Round to oval adapters

Oval MDF adapters for round bases for all types of miniatures and wargames.

Available options:
    ● Outer size: 40x20, 40x27, 50x25, 50x33, 60x30, 60x35 (GW), 60x40, 80x40, 80x53, 90x45, 100x50, 100x67, 120x60, 120x80, 160x80, 160x107mm
    ● Inner diameter: 10, 15, 20, 25, 28, 30, 32, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100mm
    ● Frame height: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm

From MKZ Games we recommend a frame height of 3mm for miniatures of 28mm or more like those of Warhammer: 40.000, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, etc., 2.5mm for games like Flames of War, DBA and other wargames with miniatures of about 15mm height and 2mm thick for the smaller scales like Warmaster or Epic Armageddon.

The base of the adapter is always 2mm thick to minimise the height of the whole set (see squeme). The frame is 2mm wide and the inner area for the miniatures has an additional 1mm margin to guarentee that bases from different games and manufacturers, with a painted or even varnished edge, fit without problems.

For greater security when playing or transporting your miniatures, you can combine the adapters with our Magnetic and Metallic Adhesive Sheets to easily fix your miniatures to the adapters, as well as these to the Carrying and Display Cases or the Storage Cases in our catalogue.

Depending on the chosen outer size and inner diameter each pack includes a different number of adapters supplied in two pieces (base and frame) which can be easily assembled together with white glue or carpenter's glue.
