Oval to oval adapters

Oval MDF adapters for oval bases for all types of miniatures and wargames.

Available options:

    ● Frame height: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm

From MKZ Games we recommend a frame height of 3mm for miniatures of 28mm or more like those of Warhammer: 40.000, Kill Team, Bolt Action, etc., 2.5mm for games like Flames of War, Art de la Guerre and other wargames with miniatures of about 15mm height and 2mm thick for the smaller scales like Epic Armageddon or Legion Imperialis.

The base of the adapter is always 2mm thick to minimise the height of the whole set (see squeme). The frame is 2mm wide and the inner area for the miniatures has an additional 1mm margin to guarentee that bases from different games and manufacturers, with a painted or even varnished edge, fit without problems.

For greater security when playing or transporting your miniatures, you can combine the adapters with our Magnetic and Metallic Adhesive Sheets to easily fix your miniatures to the adapters, as well as these to the Carrying and Display Cases or the Storage Cases in our catalogue.

Depending on the chosen outer and inner size each pack includes a different number of adapters supplied in two pieces (base and frame) which can be easily assembled together with white glue or carpenter's glue.
